two basic requirements of traceability systems
Tracing
Forward-: Tracing Forward is required to take action against
recalls and defective products.
Tracing Backward-: Tracing Backward is required to take action against products
records for investigation.

2. Delivers Clear identification, e.g. to
avoid mix-up of products which looks same.
3. Delivers Clear identification of unit
under warranty
4. Authorized recall of doubtful products
on accurate basis i.e. there is need to identify the product having doubt on which causing

vulnerary action at low cost.

collected and combined or mounted then it will be processed and reconfigured or
reshaped, That reconfigured/new product must have its own unique identity. The
linkage between the new product and the raw material inputs must be kept or
maintained for traceability.
